SMG combines custom database design, strategic fiscal management and effective development of highly qualified provider networks to assist state and local government agencies to maximize effective spending. Our database products track necessary data on client needs, treatment and spending to support state and local leadership in evaluating evidence of cost-effectiveness and behavior change to address the criminogenic needs of Colorado juveniles and their families.

We do this through procuring and vetting providers of evidence-based services shown to be effective with juvenile justice clients, providing custom database design to authorize, document and pay for these services, and manage contracts to accurately bill, pay and reconcile the budgets for which we are responsible. We actively support our clients and share their visions of success with their juvenile populations to reduce recidivism, reduce numbers of kids in detention and improve the lives of children and their families by providing the right services at the right time and implementing proven practices.
